Installation guidelines:
Mount with M4 screws (max torque 1.2N·m). Maintain 20mm clearance above exhaust ports.
Use ISO 8573-1 Class 3.4.2 compressed air. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if
operating below -10℃. Perform monthly diaphragm inspection in high-humidity environments.
