Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free position using M5x12 mounting screws (max 0.5Nm torque).
Maintain 15mm clearance below valve for coil replacement. Lubricate seals with
ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if operating below -5℃.
Critical note:
Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants. Maximum permissible momentary pressure
spike: 1.2MPa (174psi). Cycle rate ≤5Hz for optimal seal life (≥10 million cycles).
