Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with coil upward. Allow 15mm clearance for heat dissipation.
Use Loctite 542 on port threads. Lubricate with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if
operated below -5℃. Perform monthly exhaust port cleaning in high-particulate environments.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum allowable
pressure spikes: 1.5x rated pressure for ≤100ms. Always install
downstream lockout valve for maintenance.
