Maintenance protocol:
Lubricate O-rings with silicone grease (ISO 6743-4 FG grade) every
5,000 cycles. Use torque-limited wrench (8-10Nm) for thread assembly
to prevent over-tightening. Replace if insertion force exceeds 35N.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
