Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (Loctite 577 recommended) to male threads before assembly.
Tighten in 1/4 turn increments until snug. Avoid cross-threading - initial alignment
must maintain 90° angle between connector and mating part. Perform pressure test
at 1.25× operating pressure after installation.
