Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape (0.1mm thickness) clockwise on male threads.
Tighten to 1.2-1.5N·m torque using 8mm crowfoot wrench.
Avoid axial misalignment exceeding 3° during assembly.
Compatibility note:
Not recommended for use with ester-based lubricants or acidic media.
Always install downstream of 40μm filter when using unregulated compressed air.
