Heavy-wall cylinder specifically engineered for construction equipment applications. Features triple sealing system with integrated shock absorption and anti-rotation guide mechanism. The rod features a 3-stage chrome plating process (15μm min) for extreme abrasion resistance. Includes built-in magnetic sensor slots (G1/8) for position feedback.

Installation requirements:
Requires 40μm filtration with auto-drain lubricator (ISO VG32 oil).
For vertical mounting, use 2-point flange fixation.
Maximum side load: 180N at mid-stroke.
Recommend 500-hour lubrication intervals in high dust environments.
Critical note:
When used in hydraulic hybrid systems, install heat dissipator if fluid temperature exceeds 60℃.
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids.
