Installation guidelines:
Requires ISO 8573-1 Class 3.4.2 compressed air. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if
non-lubricated air is used. Avoid vertical downward rod orientation in particulate-heavy environments.
Critical note:
When handling lithium materials, ensure grounding via the dedicated M5 anti-static
terminal on cylinder body (torque to 2.5N·m).
