It delivers a 3600 N bidirectional static holding force, ensuring suspended loads stay exactly where they stopped if air pressure drops. Operating pressure is capped at 0.7 MPa, and the lock releases via a dedicated G1/8 port.
This 80 mm bore unit runs at 30-800 mm/s and uses a 25 mm rod with an M20x1.5 thread. The lock is a fail-safe collet mechanism, not a dynamic brake. You must engage it only after the piston stops and release it only when pressures are balanced, allowing at least 0.5 s before moving. This SKU has no magnet, so position sensing is not available.
