The AirTAC SUD63X50 is a discontinued double-acting double-rod profile cylinder featuring a 63mm bore and 50mm stroke. A rod exits both ends on one piston, meaning both faces use the rod-side area and push/pull force is equal at 1402 N @0.5 MPa, 1962 N @0.7 MPa, and 2523 N @0.9 MPa. This design provides anti-rotation stability and allows the back rod to drive a second tool simultaneously. It uses a 3/8" port, M16x1.5 rod thread, and adjustable 21mm cushions at each end.
This SKU has no magnet (-S omitted) and cannot take a magnetic switch. As a drop-in replacement, the SAUD63X50 matches the bore, stroke, 3/8" port, and FA/LB mounting, but uses current CMSG/DMSG/EMSG sensors instead of the legacy CS1-B/DS1-B. For sizing, the safe working load is ~841 N (60% of the 0.5 MPa force), yielding a vertical lift capacity of ~71 kg with a 2:1 margin.
