Precision-machined pneumatic connector featuring anti-vibration grooves and 360° rotatable interface. The nickel-plated surface provides enhanced corrosion resistance (500hrs salt spray tested). Sealing structure prevents over-tightening damage with built-in torque limiter geometry.

Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (ASME B1.20.1 compliant).
Tighten to 12-15 N·m torque using 12mm crowfoot wrench. Avoid thread
sealants containing silicone in oxygen-rich environments.
