Precision-machined pneumatic connector featuring dual-stage sealing (metal-to-metal primary seal + elastomer secondary seal). Anti-vibration design with 6-point torque verification during manufacturing. Internal bore maintains laminar flow with Ra 0.8μm surface finish.

Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on male threads. Tighten to 14-16 N·m torque.
For stainless-steel-to-stainless connections, use anti-seize compound (nickel-based recommended).
Avoid overtightening - maximum 1.5 rotations past finger-tight.
Pressure test required after installation. Not recommended for oxygen service without special cleaning.
