Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on male threads (ISO 7-1 standard).
Tighten with 25-30 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Perform pressure test
at 1.1× system pressure after installation.
Avoid using with incompatible fluids
(e.g., ester-based lubricants). Maximum angular misalignment tolerance: ±3°.
For vertical installations, position O-rings downward to prevent debris accumulation.
