Installation guidance:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (Loctite 577 recommended) on threads before assembly.
Tighten with 15-18 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Avoid overtightening - maximum 1.5 full turns after hand-tight.
Environmental resistance:
Withstands intermittent oil mist (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 4) and mild chemical vapors.
Not recommended for continuous water immersion or chlorine-based media.
