Installation tip:
Hand-tighten until snug, then apply 1/4 turn with a torque wrench (max 2.5N·m).
For vacuum applications, apply silicone grease to O-ring before assembly.
Avoid overtightening – the swivel mechanism should rotate freely post-installation.
Compatibility Note:
Not recommended for use with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids or chlorinated solvents.
Maximum angular deflection under pressure: ±5° from neutral position.
Always perform pressure test at 1.25x working pressure after installation.
