Installation guidelines:
Apply 2-3 drops of thread sealant (LOCTITE 542) before assembly.
Tighten with 0.8-1.2 N·m torque using a crowfoot wrench.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× working pressure after installation.
Avoid using with ester-based lubricants.
Maximum permissible side load: 15N.
Replace O-rings annually in continuous duty applications.
