Installation note:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Tightening torque should not exceed 1.2N·m.
For vertical installations, position flow arrow upward to prevent particulate accumulation.
Maintenance:
- Inspect threads quarterly for deformation
- Replace seals every 5 million cycles or 2 years
- Use thread lubricant compatible with NBR in sub-zero environments
