Installation protocol:
Use backup wrench on hex flats during assembly. Maximum panel thickness should not exceed 12mm.
Apply thread sealant only on male counterparts - avoid contaminating O-ring surfaces.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× operating pressure after installation.
