The ACEJ12X45-30 is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: an external stop screw trims the 45 mm stroke by up to 30 mm on site, giving a usable range of 15-45 mm without changing the cylinder. At 0.5 MPa the 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull, rising to 79.2 N push at 0.7 MPa. Running on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), it moves at 30-500 mm/s.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into slim fixtures, small guarding panels and bench-top rigs. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke impact, the hard-anodized aluminium body carries a hard-chrome S45C rod, and the female M3x0.5 rod thread accepts standard tooling plates.
