The AirTAC Airtac ASP Single Acting Guided Compact Cylinder ASP25X25SB is a single acting, push (spring return) DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø25mm bore and 25mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ASE25X25SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ASP25X25SB is a single acting compact cylinder, DIN-standard short-body format: 25 mm bore, 25 mm stroke, male rod thread and PT port thread. Air extends the rod and an internal return spring retracts it, so only one air line is needed and the rod sits retracted whenever pressure drops below 0.2 MPa. Push force is 210.1 N at 0.5 MPa and 308.3 N at 0.7 MPa, already net of the spring. This model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is the ASE25X25 (swap the P for an E), which matches the same bore, stroke and force class.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs, guarding and gantries. The S code means the optional -S magnet is fitted, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be clamped on for end-of-stroke signalling. As a buyer shortcut: at 0.5 MPa plan on roughly 126 N (about 12.8 kg) of usable push, and halve the 21.4 kg vertical-lift equivalent to about 10.7 kg for a 2:1 margin when matching a real part weight.

The male rod thread (B code) suits I/Y rod knuckles, and FA/FB flange, LB foot or CA/CB clevis mounts bolt to the same face. For replacement, order the ASE25X25 and confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since this DIN-standard body differs from the current ISO family.
