Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between cylinder and mounting surface for thermal expansion.
Use locknuts with 1.2-1.5Nm torque on rod-end threads. Avoid side loads exceeding 15N.
Service cycle:
Relubricate every 1,000km cumulative travel distance under normal conditions.
Replace rod seals after 5 million cycles or when leakage exceeds 50ml/min at 0.5MPa.
