Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (Loctite 545 recommended) to male threads before assembly.
Tighten using 12mm open-end wrench on flats - avoid overtightening.
Perform pressure test at 1.25× working pressure after installation.
Compatible with AirTAC PSE/PST series push-to-connect fittings. Not recommended for hydraulic fluid or aggressive chemical media without FKM seals.
