The AirTAC SIJ80X1000-10 is a double-acting single-rod ISO 15552 adjustable-stroke cylinder, discontinued and replaced by the SAIJ80X1000-10. It has an 80mm bore, G3/8 port, and a 1000mm maximum extend stroke. The external stop screw lets you trim the extend stroke by up to 10mm on-site (usable 990-1000mm). The stop sets end position and is not a load lock; use SAIL or BSAI for held loads.
Force output is 2513N push and 2268N pull at 0.5MPa, rising to 4523N at 0.9MPa. Computed safe working load is 1508N (60% of 0.5MPa push), yielding a 128kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin.
