The AirTAC SIJ80X350-30 is a double-acting single-rod ISO 15552 adjustable-stroke cylinder, now discontinued and replaced by the SAIJ80X350-30. It features an 80mm bore, a 350mm nominal stroke, and a G3/8 port. An external stop screw lets you trim the extend stroke by up to 30mm on-site, giving a usable extend range of 320-350mm. This stop sets the end position but is not a load lock. The SAIJ drop-in keeps the exact ISO 15552 mounting interface, force, and adjust window.
Force output is 2513N push and 2268N pull at 0.5MPa, reaching 4523N at 0.9MPa. The SAIJ upgrade uses two Y-shaped one-way piston seals for low start-up pressure and long life. For sizing, a safe working load is about 1508N (60% of the 0.5MPa push), yielding a 128kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. Note: this SKU lacks a magnet (-S), so it cannot take a magnetic switch.
