
The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-10 3V-F Base (3V200M10F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 10 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M10F is the 10-station manifold base for AirTAC 3V2 series 3/2 valves. Each mounted valve keeps the defining 3/2 behaviour - three ports, two states, feeding or venting the outlet - while the base feeds all ten positions from a single air line.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A filling or bottling line grouping ten 3/2 valves for reject pushers, divider gates and short air blasts, all on one supply.

Ten stations is a serious bank, so plan it like one: list every actuator at design time, decide NC or NO per station for the fail-safe behaviour you want, and keep one coil voltage across the whole loom unless your control system genuinely splits it. Valves are ordered separately, so the base can be bought first and filled as the machine grows.
A useful advantage here is that the 3V2 valves which fit this base belong to the AirTAC bodies with published flow and coil-power figures - ask us and we will quote those from the datasheet, station by station, to confirm sizing. If any actuator on the list is double-acting, it needs a 5-port AirTAC 4V valve instead of any 3/2.

Where a fully documented 3-port valve is needed immediately, the 3V2 and 3V3 bodies are the ones with published figures.
No. A 3/2 valve has one outlet, which it either feeds or vents, so it suits single-acting spring-return cylinders, clamps, blow duty and piloting. A double-acting cylinder needs two ports pressurised and exhausted alternately - that is a 5-port job for the AirTAC 4V series.
