The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-11 3V-F Base (3V200M11F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 11 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M11F is an 11-station manifold base from AirTAC's 3V2 family. A base is a machined block with no coil, no electrical entry and no moving parts of its own: its job is to seat eleven 3/2 solenoid valves on one shared air supply, so each valve keeps its own supply, outlet and exhaust function while drawing from a single feed point.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The valves that mount on the base are ordered separately, so you pick the state, coil voltage and electrical entry for each position. Across the family you can choose normally closed or normally open valves, five coil voltages, DIN plug or flying-lead entries, and other base sizes. If you need a datasheet figure for the valves you plan to mount - pressure range, flow, coil power - we will confirm it on request through the RFQ form.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A machining cell with eleven spring-return clamps on its fixtures can run every clamp valve from one 3V200M11F base, so the cabinet holds a single manifold instead of a row of loose bodies.
Stopper and pusher stations along a packaging conveyor each need their own 3/2 valve; an 11-station base puts them all on one air feed running down the line.
On a machine built around a central manifold, control wiring lands on a single connector strip beside the base rather than on eleven separate coil drop cables.
Start by counting positions: eleven valve stations on one base means one air feed to plumb instead of eleven, and one wiring loom to route instead of eleven separate drop points - which also makes fault-finding faster, because every valve is reachable at one panel. For each station you then choose the valve itself: normally closed (no air at the outlet until energised) or normally open (air passes until energised), the coil voltage to match your panel supply, and DIN plug or flying-lead wiring. Sizing the valves against your actuators needs published flow figures, which we do not hold for this family - ask us to confirm them from the datasheet before you order. If you want a 3-port valve with published flow and coil power in hand today, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies are fully documented alternatives, and a double-acting cylinder will need a 5-port valve from the 4V series instead of any 3/2.
Confirm before you order
We can confirm the station count - eleven - and the manifold arrangement. Pressure, flow, coil power and similar figures belong to the valves you mount on it; we do not hold a published sheet for this family, so we confirm them from the datasheet on request. The AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies do have published flow and coil-power figures if you need numbers in hand now.
No - the 3V200M11F is a machined manifold block with no coil and no electrical connection of its own. Each of the eleven positions takes a 3/2 valve ordered separately, so you can mix normally closed and normally open valves, voltages and wiring entries on one shared supply.
