The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-15 3V-F Base (3V200M15F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 15 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M15F is a machined manifold base that carries fifteen 3/2 solenoid valves from the AirTAC 3V2 range on one common block. Each station draws from a single shared air supply, so the machine gets one feed line instead of fifteen separate tees, while every valve still switches its own outlet and exhaust independently.
You are buying the base only - the valves are ordered separately, which lets you mix normally closed and normally open stations, five coil voltages and both electrical entries exactly as the machine needs. This is a genuine AirTAC part. Send us your station list and we will confirm flow and coil figures from the datasheet before you order.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A body-shop fixture with fifteen spring-return clamp cylinders, each one fed and vented by its own station on the shared block.
Accept and reject gates along a filler monoblock, one spring-return actuator per lane, all switched from a single air feed.
An OEM panel builder consolidating the air supply of a rotary indexing machine into one manifold instead of loose pipework.
Start by counting the 3/2 functions on the machine: single-acting cylinders, clamp jaws, blow nozzles or pilot lines. Fifteen stations cover a build of that size on one block, with one air connection and one wiring run. A 3/2 valve feeds its outlet or vents it, so it drives single-acting actuators only - a double-acting cylinder needs a 5-port AirTAC 4V valve instead. Because published flow figures for the mounted valves are not in our hands here, let us check sizing against each actuator before you commit; the documented 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies carry published flow and coil-power figures we can quote.
Confirm before you order
The base is a machined manifold block: it has no coil, no state and no performance figures of its own. The 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies that mount on it are the documented parts with published flow and coil-power data - tell us which valves you intend to fit and we will read those figures out for you.
The valves come separately. Pick a 3V2 body for each station, choose NC when the outlet must stay vented on power loss and NO when it must stay fed, match the coil voltage to the panel supply, and add DIN plug or flying-lead entry to suit the loom.
