The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-16 3V-F Base (3V200M16F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 16 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M16F mounts sixteen 3/2 valves side by side on a single machined block, so one wiring loom runs the length of the manifold instead of sixteen separate coil leads leaving the panel. Each valve still switches its own station independently, fed from the one shared supply.
This is a genuine AirTAC base and it is supplied without valves - you order the 3/2 valve bodies, states, voltages and entries separately and build the station list your machine requires. Both NC and NO, all five standard voltages and both electrical entries exist across the 3V2 range. Where you need a number - flow, coil power, pressure - ask us and we will confirm it from the datasheet before the RFQ is finalised.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A PCB or consumer-electronics line with sixteen spring-return hold-down clamps cycled in sequence at each test and handling station.
A distribution-centre sorter where each of sixteen divert gates is thrown by its own single-acting cylinder from one valve station.
Stopper and reject functions on a vial filling line, one 3/2 station per lane, all served by a single regulated air feed.
Sixteen stations suit a densely populated machine: think a sorting conveyor with sixteen diverters or a fixture plate with sixteen hold-down clamps. Because the base consolidates one air feed, fault-finding is easier too - you trace one supply, not a tree of tees. Remember a 3/2 station can only feed or vent, so it suits single-acting and spring-return actuators; a double-acting cylinder needs a 5-port 4V valve on its own arrangement. The 3V2 and 3V3 bodies are the parts with published flow and coil-power figures; if sizing is uncertain, send the actuator details and we will verify the match from the datasheet.
Confirm before you order
The base itself is a mounting block, so the numbers that matter sit with the valves you fit. The 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies carry published flow and coil-power data; give us your valve list and we will confirm every figure from the datasheet.
One block gives you one air connection, one mounting drill pattern and one wiring run for the whole machine, which shortens install time and makes leaks and wiring faults far quicker to isolate.
