Installation note:
Mount horizontally with manifold axis parallel to ground. Use flexible tubing for
vibration isolation. Perform manifold alignment with 0.05mm tolerance
during multi-valve stacking. Lubricate seals with PAG grease (No. 32) during maintenance.
