Installation protocol:
Apply 20-30 N·m torque during mounting. Use only M5x0.8 mounting screws.
For multi-unit stacks, install support brackets every 8 stations.
Perform pneumatic circuit flushing before initial operation.
Compatibility note:
Requires 7V-F series end plates (sold separately). Not compatible with
7V-R series valves due to different pilot chamber geometry.
