Installation note:
Mount with M5 screws (recommended torque 1.2N·m). Maintain ≥15mm clearance
on exhaust ports for heat dissipation. For horizontal mounting,
orient solenoid coil downward to prevent debris accumulation.
Pre-charge system with 0.3MPa air before energizing.
