Installation note:
Install downstream of 5μm precision filter. For horizontal piping,
use support brackets to prevent stress on valve body. Allow 15mm
clearance for coil replacement. Use shielded cables in high EMI environments.
- Perform annual diaphragm inspection in high-cycling applications (>500 cycles/day)
- Use AirTAC VG68 pneumatic oil for maintenance lubrication (optional)
- Replace coil if surface temperature exceeds 120℃ during operation
