Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between piston rod and guide mechanisms.
For vertical mounting, use locknut (AN6-M6) on piston rod end. Lubricate with
ISO VG32 turbine oil before initial operation. Cycle 5-10 times at 0.3MPa
pressure for seal conditioning.
