Installation guidance:
Maintain ≤0.1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. For vertical installations,
use M5 counterbore screws (12mm length max). Apply silicone-free grease to rod
wiper before operation. Cycle 5-10 times at 0.3MPa for initial seal seating.
