Installation guidelines:
Use M8x1.25 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with 20–25Nm torque.
Maintain 0.5–1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment.
Apply 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil if using oil lubrication system.
- Re-lubricate every 3,000km stroke distance (under normal load)
- Inspect cushion seals every 500 operating hours
- Replace rod wiper after 1 million cycles
