Installation guidelines:
For vertical mounting, use auxiliary rod-end support when stroke exceeds 500mm.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during maintenance. Avoid rapid cycling
(>80% duty cycle) without external cooling.
Pairs with AirTAC MPA-L60P pressure regulators and SNS-M12D proximity sensors. Requires dry air supply (dew point -20℃ below ambient) with 5μ filtration.
