Installation guidelines:
Use copper-free grease for sliding parts. Maintain ≤0.5mm alignment tolerance during mounting.
For vertical installations, add auxiliary support when stroke exceeds 150mm. Lubricate monthly
with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil in high-cycle applications.
Critical note:
Requires dry air supply (pressure dew point -20℃ or below) to prevent electrolyte contamination.
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants.
