The GAR30010SN is a regulator-only unit that takes a higher supply pressure and holds a steady, lower downstream pressure you set with the knob. The standard S type regulates from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), which covers most shop machinery; if you only need low pressures up to 0.4 MPa, the L type gives finer resolution in that band but cannot reach a 0.5 MPa setpoint. This model omits the gauge (N), so rely on a panel gauge in the line; the included bracket lets you mount it to a panel or frame rather than supporting it from the tubing. The PT thread reads MPa/psi on any replacement gauge. If the air also needs cleaning, step up to a GAFR300-10 which combines the regulator with a filter in one body.
