The AirTAC AirTAC GF200-06 Filter (GF20006J) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The GF series is an air filter only: it removes water and particulate from compressed air. It does not regulate pressure and it does not lubricate. This GF20006J is built at size 200 with 1/8 in. PT ports, carries the standard 40 um element, drains by differential pressure, and is ordered without a mounting bracket (J). With the differential-pressure drain the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the size 200 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF range covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, bracket option, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads; at size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF200-06 Filter (GF20006J) |
|---|---|
| Series | GF200 air filter |
| Port size | PT1/8" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 40 µm |
| Drain type | Differential-pressure drain |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | PC |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF200 | G-series air filter, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Size 200 with 1/8 in. PT ports is the smallest step in the G series, suited to light point-of-use duties; move to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and higher flow. This code uses the standard 40 um element (W gives the finer 5 um option) and a differential-pressure drain, with automatic (A) or manual (M) drains as alternatives. The J suffix means no mounting bracket; omit it for the bracket-included version. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
Flow for the GF series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number on this page. Share your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and the suitability of this size on request.
J means the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. The standard configuration includes a bracket, so if you need panel or wall fixing, order the code without the J suffix or tell us your requirement and we will confirm the right part.
