The AirTAC AirTAC GF200-06 Filter (GF20006W) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 5 µm element, with PT1/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The GF20006W is an AirTAC G-series air filter that removes water and particulate from compressed air - nothing more. No regulator, no lubricator. This size 200 unit has a PT1/8 port and the fine 5 um W element (versus the 40 um standard). With no drain letter, it carries the default differential-pressure drain, which opens the bowl drain automatically once the pressure drop across the element reaches its threshold.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the GF family, spanning 200/300/400/600 sizes with G (BSPP) or NPT thread options and automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, bracket included as standard here. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating; we confirm datasheet figures on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF200-06 Filter (GF20006W) |

| Series | GF200 air filter |
| Port size | PT1/8" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 5 µm |
| Drain type | Differential-pressure drain |
| Bracket | Mounting bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | PC |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF200 | G-series air filter, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fine, continuously drained filtration on the feed to small air-bearing or air-table surfaces, where dirt in the orifices degrades the air film.
Clean supply air to positioners and pneumatic instrument loops on process skids, with the differential drain handling condensate between service visits.
Filtered air to small pneumatic actuated valves on a compact process line, keeping the actuator and pilot valve free of water and fine grit.
Pick the 5 um W element when the downstream equipment needs finer air than the 40 um standard provides. The differential-pressure drain (the blank default) discharges condensate on its own as the element loads - the hands-off middle ground between manual and fully automatic drains. Size 200 with a 1/8 in port is the compact G-series step; choose 300/400/600 for larger lines. Bracket included in this configuration.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow for this filter - performance is given as flow curves across the pressure range. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet and the sizing against your application on request before you order.
With no drain letter, this filter uses the default differential-pressure drain: as the 5 um element loads with dirt, the pressure drop across it rises and trips the drain to discharge condensate automatically. Manual drain empties only when opened by hand; the A code is a separate automatic-drain mechanism.
