The AirTAC Airtac GFC Combination Unit GFC200C06C1W is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC series pairs a filter-regulator with a lubricator in a matched two-piece set, so one order covers filtration, regulation and oil-mist lubrication. This GFC200C06C1W is the size 200 frame with PT1/8 (1/8 in.) ports, the fine 5 um filter element (the W option) and differential-pressure drains. The C1 option fits an external round gauge on the regulator with MPa scale for reading the set pressure directly. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C. The bowls on this size are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G range is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scale, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-C0 filter regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Supplying spray guns at a finishing bench, the 5 um element strips particles that would show in the coating, the regulator pins atomising pressure on the gauge and the lubricator serves the gun's trigger cylinder.
Feeding a vane air motor on a small mixing stand, the regulator sets motor speed and the round MPa gauge shows the setting, while the lubricator keeps the motor running in oil mist.
On a strip feeder cycling short strokes all shift, the set keeps the feeder valve's air finely filtered, holds the regulated working pressure and feeds oil mist to the drive cylinder.
Size 200 with PT1/8 ports is the smallest port step in the G range (200, 300, 400 and 600); capacity is published as flow curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The W option here specifies the 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um - the right call where finer air matters to the process. You can also choose drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual; manual drain widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi), gauge type and scale (external round MPa fitted here; embedded square, psi or bar also available), and G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of the standard PT.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-C0 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series capacity as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Give us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet on request.
The W in GFC200C06C1W specifies the 5 um element; the plain code carries the standard 40 um. Choose 5 um where finer air quality matters to the process - finishing, coating and similar work - and stay with 40 um for general plant actuation where coarser protection is enough.
