Installation note:
Mount vertically with arrow marking aligned to airflow direction (max 5° deviation allowed).
Install downstream of refrigerated dryers. Maintain 500mm straight pipe before inlet.
Drain bowl requires weekly manual purging in humid environments.
- Replace coalescing element every 8,000 hours or when ΔP exceeds 0.07MPa
- Clean pre-filter mesh monthly with ultrasonic cleaner (max 40kHz)
- Lubricate drain mechanism with silicone grease every 6 months
