Maintenance protocol:
Refill when oil level drops below 1/3 capacity. Use ISO VG32 or equivalent
turbine oil (Kinematic viscosity 32 cSt at 40℃). Replace bowl every 8,000
operating hours or if surface cracks appear.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
