Short stroke, heavy hand: the MAC63X40SCA turns 40 mm of travel into 1557.9 N of push at 0.5 MPa, the strongest bore in AirTAC's cushioned round-body mini family. It is double acting with a variable air cushion at each end, and the CA pivot back cover gives a swinging eye for linkages that follow an arc.
The stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated 16 mm rod shrug off coolant mist and washdown that would corrode painted mini cylinders. Keep applied work near 935 N - about 0.6 of the 0.5 MPa rating - and this compact press head will run for years; vertically that means lifting around 159 kg unassisted, or roughly 79 kg with a comfortable 2:1 margin.
