With 450 mm of travel on a 32 mm bore, MARF32X450S handles long push, pull and lift jobs in a compact riveted round body. Air drives it both ways, a variable cushion smooths each end, and the front flange is built into the cover - no add-on bracket to order. Rated thrust is 402 N out and 345.6 N back at 0.5 MPa, so plan continuous loads around 241 N.

Needle screws in both covers throttle exhaust at the stroke ends. On first run close them slightly and bleed them open until a load moving up to 800 mm/s stops firmly but without slam - that is the whole tuning job.
