It provides a 230 to 250 mm usable travel window, allowing you to dial back the nominal 250 mm stroke by up to 20 mm during commissioning. Delivering 2513 N of push force at 0.5 MPa, it handles substantial pneumatic workloads.

This variant uses a SUS420J2 stainless steel rod for enhanced corrosion resistance and accepts PT tapered port threads. The extruded aluminum barrel includes sensor grooves on both sides, ready for CMSE reed or DMSE electronic switches if a magnet is added later. If your load demands less force, stepping down to a 63 mm bore yields 1559 N; if you need more power, a 100 mm bore provides 3927 N. The adjustable rear screw is strictly a travel stop, not a locking device, so it will not hold the load without live air.
