The SC50X100S is a double-acting pneumatic cylinder with a 50 mm bore and 100 mm stroke, factory-equipped with a built-in magnet for direct mounting of CMSG/DMSG/EMSG reed or solid-state sensors. At 0.5 MPa it supplies 982 N push force and 825 N pull force, making it a capable mid-range actuator for automated positioning and clamping.

This model uses a 20 mm diameter piston rod with M16x1.5 male threads and PT1/4 ports. The adjustable air cushion at each end (21 mm cushion length) decelerates the piston smoothly, and the compact tie-rod body has a length A of 150 mm. With the -S magnet, stroke-end sensing is tool-free — simply snap a sensor onto the barrel tie-rod.
