Delivering 23562 N of thrust in both directions at 0.5 MPa, this large-bore ISO 15552 tie-rod cylinder uses a twin-rod piston to ensure perfectly symmetric load paths. The four steel tie rods clamp the aluminum barrel tight, while the G1 air port feeds the 250 mm bore. Because the rod passes through both covers, the effective area is identical on extension and retraction, yielding equal force and preventing torsional twist.

At 0.5 MPa it handles a safe working load of roughly 14137 N, capable of vertically lifting about 1201 kg with a 2:1 margin. The 60 mm adjustable air cushions at each end absorb heavy kinetic energy, and the NBR seals operate from -20 to +70 C. Note that TPU seals are unavailable for this 250 mm bore, though a Viton H option extends heat resistance to 150 C. This non-magnet SKU cannot mount position sensors.
