use guide brackets to prevent side load. Lubricate through air supply (ISO VG32 oil mist)
every 50,000 cycles. Maintain 0.3-0.6 MPa operating pressure for smooth cushioning action.
Critical note:
When using full 430mm stroke, ensure end clearance of ≥150mm to prevent mechanical shock.
Always install air filters with ≤40μm filtration upstream. Avoid rapid cycling beyond 80%
