Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between stopper face and target surface during setup.
Requires filtered air with 5-10μm filtration (ISO 8573-1 class 4). Lubricated operation recommended
using ISO VG32 turbine oil. Avoid side-load forces exceeding 150N.
